Refund policy

Due to the custom-made nature of our outfits, returns are not accepted. We only accommodate returns for size-related issues.

As for our returns / exchange policy goes, if you do not like a product you can notify us within 48 hours of receiving the same. You can have it shipped to us for a size exchange or return it for store credits for the amount you had paid for the outfit.   
   
Store credits have a validity of one year from the date added to the account and can be used for any of your future purchases with us. We accept returns/exchanges only for standard sizes.
